Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, information technology, or 3 years’ work experience in related field required. • 3 years working in Scrum Master role or on a Scrum Team. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred. • This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, skills, and location of the job.
Benefits
• $72,800—$115,000 USD • $92,000—$115,000 USD • $84,400—$105,500 USD • All employees are responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including the reporting of non-compliance. This position description is designed to be flexible, allowing management the opportunity to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to best meet organizational goals.
