Responsibilities

• Drive the day-to-day clinical delivery of how we measure user outcomes inside Nova at scale, in close partnership with our research and data science functions. • Help shape the clinical design of Nova's structured wellbeing experiences, including the safety architecture that sits underneath them. • Run the day-to-day evaluation, rubric, and safety-testing work that helps govern Nova's clinical quality, from gold-standard responses to red-teaming and escalation protocols. • Contribute to peer-reviewed publications, whitepapers, and the clinical evidence base that supports Nova. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, InfoSec, and external academic partners to embed evidence-based thinking in how Nova is built and governed.
