Requirements
• Around 3+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis. • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude). • Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). • Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for improvement. • Evaluate competitor products to benchmark functionalities and propose innovative solutions. • Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance product features based on data insights. • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate new functionalities and improve user engagement. • Provide actionable insights to support product roadmap decisions. • Identify and address bottlenecks in user flows and product performance.
