Requirements
• This role is ideally based on-site at our Sherman Oaks office, and we strongly encourage local candidates to apply. That said, we are open to considering remote candidates who are able and willing to travel to our office on a regular basis as business needs require. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CEP, JD) preferred • 8+ years of direct experience in a compensation, compliance, or legal position • Demonstrated experience with IPO, crypto compensation plans, ESPPs, and/or equity compensation plans • Deep knowledge of SEC laws, regulations, and best practices for compensation compliance • Strong knowledge in crypto and tokens • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels • High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail • Benefits: We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the rollout, administration, and ongoing compliance of Xsolla’s Complementary Compensation Plan • Ensure all compensation programs comply with applicable laws and regulations • Oversee the design, implementation, and communication of compensation plans • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Executive teams to ensure alignment and mitigate compliance risks • Monitor changes in regulations and proactively update policies and practices • Conduct audits and prepare reports to demonstrate compliance with internal and external requirements • Provide training and guidance to HR and business leaders on compensation compliance • Support due diligence and documentation as requested • Partner with Operations, Finance & HR teams to review and support existing compensation programs • Handling sensitive financial information/managing budgets/accessing funds • Accessing confidential company data • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements • Applicants are encouraged to inquire about their rights under the Fair Chance Act.
