Requirements

• At least 6-8 years’ prior experience working in a government agency, at a reputable law firm, or in-house. Tech or web3/blockchain industry experience is helpful but not required. • Experience handling litigation and regulatory matters, including advising non-attorney clients on compliance with fast-moving global legal requirements, engaging with law enforcement and government actors around the world, and mitigating/resolving potential disputes. • Experience with criminal and civil law matters, including advising non-attorney clients on compliance with applicable laws and on-the-ground operational matters. • Effective communicator, able to own and manage cross-functional projects, willing to learn, and humble, with a sense of humor. • Must be service-oriented and client-friendly in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.
