Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end pre-sales engagements: discovery, solution design, tailored demos, and POC management • Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations to technical audiences (architects, engineers) and executive stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs) • Configure and troubleshoot demo environments using REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, Python, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) • Own proof-of-concept engagements from scoping through technical validation and sign-off • Partner closely with the sales team to respond to RFIs/RFPs, develop architecture diagrams, and produce technical documentation (SOWs, flow charts) • Serve as the technical bridge between prospects and the product/engineering team — capturing and translating market feedback • Support integration discussions across cloud environments and enterprise tech stacks (IAM, SSO, encryption, NoSQL, big data)
