• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in mechanical engineering or equivalent field • 8+ years of work experience in a manufacturing or production environment • 3+ years of work experience leading a manufacturing line • 3+ years of management experience • Self-starter who can thrive in ambiguity with ability to drive results independently and through team members • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Exceptional hands-on assembly and fabrication skills • Exceptional leadership and communication skills • Strong CAD & mechanical design skills • Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong safety-oriented mindset • Experience in any of the following areas: vacuum systems, leak checking, thermal systems, brazing, welding, valves, pumps, pneumatics • Experience in managing quality systems • Machine shop and fabrication skills
