Requirements
• Experience in product management within fintech, crypto/web3. • Genuine passion for web3 and blockchain, with knowledge of crypto products (e.g., trading, custody, DeFi). • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or basic data analysis. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Figma); quick learner in dynamic environments. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
Responsibilities
• Support requirement gathering and refinement. • Conduct market research, user feedback analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform OKRs. • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, sales, and ops teams to execute tasks, track progress. • Monitor metrics (e.g., client retention, system stability) and iterate on features to support VIP experience and business scalability. • Drive AI adoptions in product development.
