Spec agents the way you spec products. • The AI harness and agent architecture for your domain. • What We Look For In You • Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, physics or computer science major. • 5+ years experience in building sophisticated backend systems in either crypto or Traditional Finance industry. • AI native skillset that allow you to ship at 10x because you automate the work flow first. • Possess rigorous logical thinking, excellent teamwork, communication skills and be able to coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals between different departments. • You possess a strong interest in trading, blockchain and the financial industry. • You are proactive, enthusiastic and sensitive to customers' feedback from a product lens. • Fluent in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients / cross-teams). • Nice-To-Haves • Nice-To-Haves • Trading experience in sophisticated institutions. • Excel in quantitative research with various mathematics tools.
