Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and API feedback from both internal and external sources, such as feedback from institutional customers, and continuously improve the API product through effective iterative mechanisms. • Study the competitive landscape and industry trends, transforming this information into actionable API product iteration plans that align with the company's actual needs. • Utilize data analytics to create data-driven insights to understand client behaviour. • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers and strategic partners, using their feedback to guide product enhancements and future development. • What We Look For In You • Demonstrates a strong interest in both the blockchain and finance industries. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or Engineering, preferably related to trading or technology platforms. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance. • Proactive and self-driven, with a logical and data-driven mindset, strong team collaboration skills, and effective communication abilities. • Proficiency in English & Conversational Mandarin (preferred to cross functionally communicate with non-english speaking engineers). • Nice-To-Haves • Nice-To-Haves • Experience in crypto, blockchain, building businesses, fintech, and/or financial markets. • Experience in trading financial products, such as stocks, funds, forex, futures, options. • Knowledge in data analytical tools like Python and SQL.
