RemoFirst - Senior Product Owner
Requirements
• Product leader with at least 7+ years of total professional experience, including 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager. • Worked in fast-paced tech environments • Ability to lead products from 0 to 1, owning business outcomes, UX and engineering quality • Ability to inspire and drive cross-functional alignment • Strong UX intuition and a passion for clean, simple, effective user experiences • Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize with clarity • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • A bias for action, high ownership, and a hunger to build • How you'll work? • Adept at cross-cultural communication: Being a completely remote company, we’re working with people from different cultures across different time-zones. You will need to demonstrate a strong knack for first-principles, hyper-logical approach to solving problems and cutting through complexity. • Stakeholder Management: You’ll be working closely with the company’s leadership, managing your team’s roadmaps, goals, performance and driving maximum impact internally and externally. • Leadership: You’ll have a team of engineers, designers, and QA; and own the full end-to-end process of discovery, scoping, cross-functional management, and ultimate delivery of the product line.
Responsibilities
• Own a core product area end to end, from strategy and discovery to launch and iteration • Turn problems into clear opportunities and translate them into actionable product plans • Collaborate with design and engineering to ship simple, intuitive, high-quality experiences • Use data, customer insights, and market signals to drive decisions and shape the roadmap • Ensure your product moves quickly, delivers measurable impact, and supports global scale • Work closely with leadership to drive high-level priorities and company-wide outcomes
