Requirements
• Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development/Engineering. Salesforce Platform Developer II, System Architect, or Application Architect certifications are highly preferred. • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Async), Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Comfortable with cloud-based technology stacks and automation tools. • Lead-to-Revenue Knowledge: Proven experience building or managing systems for the Lead-to-Revenue cycle, including Lead Routing and Opportunity Management. • Data Modeling: Strong skills in SOQL/SOSL and a deep understanding of Salesforce’s multi-tenant architecture and governor limits. • Solution Design: Ability to create technical design documentation and process flow diagrams that clearly communicate complex logic to non-technical stakeholders. • Resourcefulness: Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift quickly. A positive, "can-do" attitude with an adaptable approach to evolving business goals and challenges. • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders across the organization. • Prioritization & Problem-Solving: Skilled at breaking down complex problems to identify root causes, while balancing competing priorities. A strategic thinker who understands both the scope and the urgency of various issues.
