Juicebox - Engineering Manager
Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team through coaching, feedback, and career development. • Own execution across complex initiatives, removing blockers and ensuring the team delivers high-quality work quickly. • Partner with product, design, and company leadership to set priorities and align engineering efforts with business goals. • Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture, technical direction, and key engineering decisions. • Help scale the engineering organization through hiring, onboarding, and building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

You’ll partner with product and design to deliver high-impact features while helping engineers grow and do their best work. • This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, technical depth, and execution.
