Requirements
• Degree holder with proven experience as a Project Manager in Trade Finance, ideally within a financial services or fintech environment • Familiarity with core banking platforms or payment platforms • Strong understanding of trade finance products, processes, and compliance considerations • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Trade Finance and core banking transformation projects • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical leads, business analysts, and external vendors • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project alignment with strategic goals • Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and reporting, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within project delivery frameworks
