Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own the reliability, availability, and performance of production environments across cloud infrastructure and applications • Lead incident response, postmortem reviews, and drive systemic improvements to prevent recurrence • Architect, maintain, and continuously improve infrastructure using Terraform and IaC best practices • Define and evolve monitoring, alerting, and observability standards across services • Oversee deployment pipelines and release processes, ensuring smooth and safe delivery to production • Identify and drive cloud cost optimization initiatives and infrastructure efficiency improvements • Manage user access, permissions, and security posture for internal tools and cloud platforms • Document and enforce operational procedures, runbooks, and incident resolution playbooks • Software Engineering • Design, develop, and review backend services, internal tooling, and automation frameworks • Lead code reviews and set engineering standards for quality, maintainability, and performance • Collaborate with product and project teams to translate requirements into technical solutions • Drive engineering best practices including testing strategies, CI/CD workflows, and deployment automation • Build and maintain internal platforms and tools that improve developer experience and operational efficiency • Serve as the technical point of contact across engineering and cross-functional teams • Mentor and guide mid-level and junior engineers on both SRE and SE best practices • Contribute to engineering roadmap planning, technical scoping, and architectural decisions • Foster a culture of reliability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team
