Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in studios, agencies, or production houses, preferably specializing in motion graphics. • Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). • Understanding of digital consumer behavior. • Ability to create videos based on interface interactions. • Knowledge of different digital formats to create relevant content for various platforms such as social media channels and web applications. • Strong knowledge of motion graphics to ideate and create animations, video campaigns, and tutorials. • Desirable knowledge of scriptwriting. • Cinema 4D or any 3D software. • Spanish speaker. • Knowledge of 2D and/or 3D animation. • We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. Responsibilities
• Work on content projects such as campaigns, social media content, video editing, promotional videos, tutorials, web animations, logo animations, GIFs, among others. • Video creation, editing, and animation for different formats and digital platforms, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and social media Ads, ensuring high quality and platform-specific optimization. • Deep understanding of social-first video formats (vertical 9:16, square 1:1, landscape 16:9) and technical requirements for high-performing content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. • Create and optimize animations for web and apps using Lottie (JSON), ensuring seamless integration and high performance across digital interfaces. • Proficiency in exporting and optimizing motion graphics using Lottie/Bodymovin, understanding the technical constraints of SVG and JSON-based animations. • Present projects through storyboards in a timely and structured manner. • Provide motion graphic support to all areas of Airtm, including email marketing, content strategies, growth, UI, etc. • Create styles and graphics aligned with the brand, while contributing unique creative input. • Stay up to date with interactive design trends and new technologies (including AI to scale). • Ensure brand identity consistency across all produced materials. • Continuously seek inspiration and propose new ideas to interpret concepts and visual expressions while maintaining brand identity. • Understand content objectives, tell stories, simplify complex ideas, and communicate messages clearly and effectively.
