- Identifying innovative solutions to address clients' challenges while growing the StarCompliance accounts.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing StarCompliance clients.
- Act as the chief advocate for these clients within StarCompliance.
- Manage client operating environments to grow business by selling new products and services or increasing product usage.
- Report directly to Head of Relationship Management.
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats, providing accurate, concise, and clear information.
- Drive revenue with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain a detailed history of activities and satisfaction levels using CRM and support ticketing systems for each client relationship.
- Establish strategic business relationships with end users and top-level executives within companies.
- Identify innovative solutions addressing clients' strategic challenges to grow the StarCompliance accounts while ensuring long-term profitability.
