Requirements
• Strong client‑facing communication and relationship management skills. • Experience supporting complex projects—preferably within data centers, commissioning, or mission‑critical facilities. • Ability to translate technical activities into clear, client‑focused messaging. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum of eight years of progressive client or project experience. • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical data center systems is strongly valued. • Willingness to occasionally support client meetings, site visits, or travel as needed. • The typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role may be eligible for our performance‑based bonus and merit increases.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary client point of contact for data center commissioning programs or portfolios. • Partner with Project Managers and Commissioning leaders to support project execution, staffing strategies, and delivery planning. • Understand client standards, operational priorities, and long‑term programs to proactively support their needs. • Develop client‑specific communication plans and provide regular updates on project status and performance. • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by introducing additional commissioning or lifecycle services. • Lead efforts with group leadership to secure repeat work through exceptional client service. • Manage client expectations, support issue resolution, and address concerns in coordination with internal leaders. • Incorporate client feedback to improve service delivery and internal processes. • Represent Olsson as a trusted advisor through clear communication and technical understanding. • Receive a competitive 401(k) match • Be empowered to build your career with tailored development paths • Have the possibility for flexible work arrangements • Engage in work that has a positive impact on communities • Participate in a wellness program promoting balanced lifestyles • In addition, full-time employees will receive our traditional benefits package (health care, vision, dental, paid time off, etc.) and the opportunity to participate in a bonus system that rewards performance.
