Precision Medicine Group - Power BI Developer II

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Finance, or related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience) • 3-5 years of experience developing enterprise Power BI solutions • Strong expertise in: • DAX, including complex measures and time intelligence • Power BI semantic modeling • Power Query (M) for light transformations • Power Query (M) • SQL (for validation and analysis) • Strong experience with data modeling (star schema, grain management) • Experience building analytics for executive and operational audiences • Experience working with operational or financial datasets • Ability to translate business logic into clear analytical models • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and optimization techniques • Experience in clinical trials, CROs, or life sciences and with clinical trial operations datasets (CTMS, enrollment tracking, subject visit structures) • Exposure to financial or operational analytics, including ERP financial datasets (actuals, budgets, revenue recognition, WIP, invoicing) • Experience working with centralized data warehouse teams • Familiarity with Power BI performance tuning and capacity considerations • Familiarity with Azure data tools and the Power BI Service (workspaces, gateways, datasets) • Experience working within professional services, life sciences, or project‑based environments • Key Competencies • Key Competencies • Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Ability to translate business questions into scalable analytical solutions • Collaborative mindset with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities • Ability to manage multiple dashboards and competing deadlines • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Data Engineering, Finance, and Trial Operations • Any data provided as a part of this application will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For CA applicants, please also refer to our CA Privacy Notice.
