Requirements

• 4+ years of UiPath development experience • Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework • Experience with APIs, Excel automation, PDF processing, email automation, and web applications • Knowledge of SQL and database integration • Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients • Prior experience in biotech, healthtech, or another regulated industry

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities • Design and develop UiPath workflows, bots, and automation components • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope • Create Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) • Configure UiPath Orchestrator for bot scheduling, monitoring, and management • Build reusable automation components and follow best practices • Perform unit and integration testing, and support UAT activities • Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures and production issues • Monitor bot performance and drive continuous improvement • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards • Support production deployments and hypercare activities
