Requirements
• Strong JavaScript coding and debugging skills. • Experience working with APIs and integrations in real-world implementations. • Practical experience using context variables and conversation logic within Cognigy. • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for webchat embedding and xApps. • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong collaboration and communication skills across sales, product, and delivery teams. • Enjoyment in teaching, coaching, and guiding others from basic understanding to confident execution. • Comfort delivering technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs.
Responsibilities
• Enabling partners to design, build, and deliver AI Agents using the Cognigy platform. • Supporting partner onboarding and technical readiness through structured enablement and certification paths. • Delivering technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs for partners. • Assisting partners with JavaScript development, debugging, and flow-based logic implementation. • Supporting API usage and integrations as part of AI Agent implementations on the Cognigy platform. • Helping partners effectively use context variables and conversation logic in Cognigy to enhance customer interactions. • Advising on webchat embedding and xApps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for partner marketing efforts. • Supporting partners during demos, proofs of concept, and key opportunities with the aim of successful implementation. • Collaborating with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services to align technical standards and best practices across teams. • Translating product updates and new features into clear, partner-ready technical guidance for effective application in sales processes.
