propelus - UX Designer Engineer

• 4 to 7 years of experience as a UX/product designer with a strong portfolio of shipped products. • Demonstrated ability to lead full application design and redesign projects end to end. • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools. Experience with Figma is a plus. • Front-end development skills using React and Tailwind CSS, with the ability to produce production-ready code. • Fluency with AI-assisted design and coding tools, including Claude Design, and sound judgment about when to rely on AI output and when to refine it by hand.
