Requirements
• University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field of study. • Experience in customer support, ideally, but not limited to the banking or corporate services industry. • Native or professional fluency in English. • Customer service-oriented, professional and resourceful. • Flexible and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
• Act as a key operational point of contact for clients, maintaining a strong understanding of their business activities and providing professional support across day-to-day payment, card, and account operations, including wire transfers through different global payment systems, FX-related inquiries, card support, account access matters, and operational support within the web platform and mobile application. • Assist clients with operational and banking documentation requests, including reference letters and other documents required for clients’ business needs, while ensuring high-quality communication and timely resolution of requests. • Coordinate with internal departments and technical teams to investigate operational issues, resolve complex client cases, and ensure smooth processing of client requests in accordance with internal procedures and security requirements. • Identify recurring operational issues and contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and enhancement of the overall client experience and operational efficiency.
