Requirements
• Experience with full-stack web development, including modern frontend frameworks. React is a must. • Strong programming skills, CS fundamentals, and experience implementing highly reliable software. A formal CS degree is not required. • Experience building complex, scalable and reliable services for and leadership experience. • Analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Hands-on experience with backend development. • Experience in our current technologies is a bonus: React, Go, Javascript, React, Rails, GraphQL, Docker, AWS • Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods. • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment. • The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are: • Zone A: $138,380 - $195,470 + equity + benefits • Zone B: $159,137 - $224,791 + equity + benefits • Zone C: $172,975 - $244,338 + equity + benefits • Zone D: $179,894 - $254,111 + equity + benefits • This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations. Responsibilities
• Work with product, design, and clinical staff, to understand stakeholder needs and build services and features to help deliver care. • Own your work, from inception of ideas, to use in production. • Write and maintain well tested code across multiple services. • Help build and maintain metrics, monitoring, performance, and security of the systems we own. • Build foundational data models that afford flexibility and operational visibility
