• Have a degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. • Bring 4+ years of experience leading software development projects. • Have proven experience mentoring people and leading technical teams. • Are comfortable managing customer relationships. • Have hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: Robotics, Mobile, or Web Development. • Love technology and enjoy staying close to the code and experimentation. • Are fluent in English and feel at ease communicating in a fully English-speaking environment.
