Requirements

Responsibilities
• Manage, grow, and hire for a team of platform and infrastructure engineers — and mentor ICs to continuously raise the technical bar • Be hands-on technically — dig into code, debug systems, and work alongside the team to solve hard problems • Own the roadmap for your domain, define ambitious goals, and reliably deliver against them • Build and operate the systems that power the software development lifecycle — build systems, CI/CD, developer tooling, deployment automation — with high reliability, observability, and performance • Improve engineering and researcher productivity by building well-designed platform abstractions, standardizing workflows, and reducing infrastructure friction • Partner across infrastructure, security, research, and engineering to ensure seamless integration • As the team grows, potentially expand scope into cloud platform services — including workload routing, resource optimization, and cost governance
Benefits
• $225K – $310K • Offers Bonus • The listed base salary range for this position is based upon the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
