Requirements
• Essential: • Essential: • Degree level education or equivalent relevant industry experience • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a technical project management role within multi-functional teams. • Strong project management skills with ability to draw on experience of different methodologies (eg waterfall, scrum, agile etc) to identify the most appropriate method for the project. Working knowledge of project/programme management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project etc. • Experience working in global environments with international partners. Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage dependencies and competing priorities. Self-motivated, collaborative, and effective in fast-moving environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences. • Desirable: • Desirable: • Knowledge and experience of PCBA manufacturing and test processes. • Experience in working with leading edge suppliers in PCBA and system level manufacturing supply chain.
