Requirements

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in and stay up-to-date with Palantir's state-of-the-art technology. • Collaborate with our engineering teams to identify and protect innovative products and solutions. • Use and help develop in-house patent tools built on Palantir’s leading AI platform. • Develop and implement intellectual property strategies in response to evolving business needs, including harvesting and ensuring alignment of Palantir's patent and trademark portfolios with business priorities. • Craft practical legal advice on a wide range of IP issues. • ## What We Value • Prior experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or related field. • Familiarity with Large Language Models, programming languages, and/or software development practices. • Prior experience/demonstrated interest in supporting IP litigation. • Interest in prosecuting small number high-value patents filed at the USPTO using in-house AI automations built on the Palantir platform.
