Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or similar analytics-focused roles. • Deep, hands-on expertise with Google Analytics 4, including implementation, configuration, event modeling, and troubleshooting • Strong experience with Google Tag Manager including data layer design, event tracking, and debugging complex implementations • Proven ability to design measurement frameworks (KPIs, funnels, attribution models, event architecture) aligned with business and marketing objectives • Strong experience in marketing analytics including campaign measurement, channel performance, and conversion optimization • Ability to work across marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into tracking implementation • Strong understanding of UI-based event tracking and frontend behavior instrumentation • Experience identifying and resolving data inconsistencies across analytics systems • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw data into business insights and recommendations • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, evolving environments • Experience with BigQuery or SQL for advanced analytics • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks • Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, cookie consent, tracking compliance) • Experience auditing and rebuilding existing analytics implementations
Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end implementation, governance, and optimization of Google Analytics 4 across web and product platforms • Define and maintain the full measurement framework including KPIs, event taxonomy, funnels, and conversion tracking strategy • Lead marketing measurement efforts including campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and channel performance reporting (paid, organic, email, social) • Implement and manage event tracking using Google Tag Manager, including data layers, custom events, and debugging • Collaborate with UI/Frontend and engineering teams to ensure accurate instrumentation of user interactions • Build scalable reporting and insights frameworks using tools like Looker Studio or equivalent • Identify tracking gaps, data inconsistencies, and proactively improve measurement coverage • Ensure ongoing data quality, validation, and governance across analytics implementations • Translate business and marketing questions into measurable tracking and actionable insights
