Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Leadership, with essential 2nd-line management experience and a history of guiding companies through rapid scale • Demonstrated track record of diagnosing process inefficiencies and implementing tech to streamline hiring • Knowledge of ATS, sourcing, and outreach tools • Expert-level candidate assessment and selection skills, maintaining process consistency to hit quality of hire targets • Ability to extract actionable insights from data with tech • Fluency in English (C1+) • Excellent stakeholder management experience, with the ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and smoothly navigate relationships • Certification in a related field such as HCI, SHRM, CIPD, etc. • OUR ASSESSMENT PROCESS • Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (40 mins) • Technical interview with the Hiring Manager (60 mins) • Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (90 mins) • Test task (2-4 hours) • Call with CEO (30 mins)
Responsibilities
• Act as an ambassador for the talent acquisition function, translating bottom-line data into executive-level insight • Lead 6 managers and their teams across recruitment, sourcing, Employer Brand and Operations, utilizing a supportive, coaching-oriented management style • Review and enhance the recruitment life cycle, using process improvement, resource planning and automation • Advocate for excellent candidate experience, ensuring our diverse applicant pool encounters a fair and inclusive process • Collaborate with the Executive team, Talent & Development, People Operations, and Legal to align hiring with our business goals • Contribute to the company's stable growth trajectory and support its strategic expansion across multiple regions • Own the delivery of measurable strategic impact across TA outcomes, including time to hire, quality and productivity of hire, and the successful adoption of AI tools
