This is a maker's role, and coding is not what we mean by hands-on. • Systems-minded: you design components and patterns, not one-offs, and think about how each choice fits a broader system. • You've shaped launch moments, events, or brand-partnership surfaces under real deadlines, and you know how to make a moment land. • You thrive collaborating with engineers and understand the web as a medium: how layouts behave, what's buildable, how design becomes code. • Comfortable in a technology-driven environment; experience with developer, B2B, or SaaS products is a plus. • A self-starter and egoless collaborator who takes feedback well and gives it generously. • Familiar with Vercel, with working knowledge or experience preferred. • Bonus If You: • Can prototype or bring ideas to life in code (React / Tailwind / Next.js). • Have contributed to a design system at scale (even if owning ours won't be your job).
