1Password - Senior Frontend Developer, Design Systems

• You have 5+ years of experience in software development that includes building web components with Typescript and React. • You have a passion for communication and collaboration with strong skills demonstrated in working effectively with teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical cross-functional partners. • You learn continuously, share knowledge, and mentor developers within and outside of your delivery team through pair programming, giving feedback to junior developers and peers on technical designs, merge requests, and other areas. • Prior experience building and maintaining Design Systems • Prior experience working across web and mobile platforms • What you can expect: • Lead the development, testing and debugging of new and existing composable design system components. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and/or stakeholders to get a deep understanding of product requirements and align technical decisions with project goals and user requirements. • Lead discussions to ensure that technical requirements are clearly communicated and understood. Proactively identify potential technical challenges and propose scalable solutions • Set an example in code reviews by evaluating code quality, architectural alignment, performance, security, and adherence to best practices.
