Requirements
• Must-Haves: • Demonstrated experience building and shipping web applications using AI-powered coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Bolt, Windsurf, Copilot, v0, Lovable, Replit Agent, or similar) • Strong working knowledge of modern web technologies — JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, HTML/CSS, and at least basic backend understanding (Node.js, Python, or similar) • A portfolio or examples of projects you've built using AI-assisted development (GitHub repos, live apps, demo videos — show us what you've shipped) • Ability to go from a natural language description of a problem to a working, deployed solution independently • Comfort working in a fast-paced, async, fully remote environment with minimal hand-holding • Strong product instincts — you think about the user, not just the code • Nice-to-Haves: • Experience with Tailwind CSS, Vercel, Supabase, or similar modern deployment and backend tools • Familiarity with fintech, trading platforms, or financial services • Experience building Chrome extensions, Slack bots, or workflow automations • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations • Background in design or strong UI/UX sensibility
Responsibilities
• Build and ship fast: Use AI-assisted coding tools to rapidly prototype, build, and deploy web apps, internal tools, landing pages, and product features — often going from idea to production in hours, not weeks. • Build and ship fast: • Own projects end-to-end: Take a problem or idea from concept through design, development, testing, and deployment.
