Blackbird Health - Occupational Therapist - Contract/1099

• Completes a set number of 60-minute occupational therapy evaluations. • Identifies candidates for short-term OT treatment programs and conducts sessions as indicated. • Participates in weekly team meetings (approximately 30 minutes per week). • Maintains availability with a combination of morning, evening evaluation times, and flexible scheduling including weekends when preferred.
