Responsibilities
• Partner in a trusted advisor capacity with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance to manage the contract review process for various commercial structures. • Support developing global deal processes ensuring deals are structured efficiently while meeting customer requirements and aligning with company policies. • Understand start-to-end processes from initial pricing strategy to order form creation, through contract signatures, order processing, and Salesforce data management. • Oversee commercial terms and non-standard approvals for consistency in deal design accuracy and winning strategies development. • Accelerate growth by improving sales velocity with fair value execution on deal structuring practices & policies. • Provide financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making regarding business impact. • Offer continuous enablement of Sales teams on best pricing and contracting practices for improved performance. • Regularly prepare, analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and monitor pricing trends relevant to the role's scope.
