• 📊 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred) • 🏆 Expertise in Premiere Pro (pacing, structure, audio, storytelling) • 👀 Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography) • 📈 Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts • 🗣️ Comfortable working in English with async, global teams • ⏳ Willing to complete a technical editing assessment • ⌚ Available 9am–6pm PST • 🤖 AI-powered creative tools experience (Midjourney, RunwayML, Firefly, etc.) • 🎯 Performance marketing or agency background • 🔢 Data-informed creative optimization experience

Responsibilities

• 🎥 Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts • ⭐ Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs • 🤝 Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly • 👑 Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback • ⚖️ Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality
