Voyager Technologies, Inc. - Workday Architect

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 7+ years of Workday experience, including at least 3 years in an architect or lead technical design capacity • Deep expertise across multiple Workday modules (HCM required; Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking and/or Projects strongly preferred) • Proven experience with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday web services) • Strong understanding of Workday security groups, business process configuration, and calculated fields • Experience leading full lifecycle implementations or major tenant transformations • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical leadership • Desired Certifications: • Workday certifications in Integrations preferred Workday Pro certification a plus • Travel: Occasional annual travel for team events 5-10% • The good faith base salary range for this role is $140,000-190,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive.
