AI-enabled Full Stack Engineer

That said, here are the qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in software engineering • Strong experience with Python and Next.js (or React + TypeScript) • Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL preferred) • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools — personal projects, side experiments, or tinkering absolutely count • Strong written and verbal communication in English • Comfortable working autonomously with loose requirements and iterating over time • Ability to deliver without a final design and adjust later • Experience building products using Generative AI / LLMs (e.g., prompt engineering, structured outputs, chained generation) • Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architecture • Experience working directly with Product Managers in small, fast-moving teams • Cool side projects that you'd like to show us! • Mission-driven: They're building technology that directly impacts early childhood educators and the children they serve.
