Requirements

  • 8-10 years of Product Management experience with increasing scope and complexity.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-product and/or multi-pod portfolios.
  • Proven people leadership experience managing PMs and/or POs, including coaching and performance development.
  • Strong track record of owning end-to-end customer experiences, including portal/dashboard-heavy products.
  • Deep product craft in customer discover, journey mapping, prioritization, roadmap development, and delivery management.
  • Strong data fluency. Ability to define metrics, interpret funnel performance, and drive outcomes through experimentation and iteration.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, including stakeholder alignment, executive communication, and decision facilitation.
  • High customer empathy and a systems thinking approach to complex workflows and dependencies.
  • Experience working in a compliance-heavy, regulated industry (e.g.: background)
  • Experience building or modernizing enterprise self-serve portals that drive adoption and reduce operational load.
  • Experience partnering closely with Compliance/Legal on product requirements, risk mitigation and policy driven constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the enterprise product strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, operations, legal, HR, IT security, compliance, risk management, procurement, facilities, supply chain, and other relevant stakeholders to drive product development efforts forward.
  • Lead the enterprise product roadmap by prioritizing features based on business impact, customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape analysis, technical feasibility assessments, resource availability evaluations, risk management considerations, regulatory compliance requirements, and other relevant factors as deemed appropriate in consultation with cross-functional teams.
  • Define the enterprise product vision to guide all stakeholders towards a common goal of delivering exceptional products that meet customer needs while driving business growth through innovative solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive market analysis reports, competitive intelligence insights, and user research findings on an ongoing basis as needed by cross-functional teams for informed decision making regarding product development priorities, roadmap planning, go/no-go decisions, pricing strategies, revenue forecasts, customer acquisition plans, marketing campaigns, sales channel optimization, partnership opportunities, and other relevant factors.
  • Conduct regular meetings with cross-functional teams to review progress on enterprise product roadmap prioritization efforts, discuss potential changes based on evolving business needs or external developments (e.g., new market entrants), assess risks associated with proposed features/initiatives and identify mitigation strategies as needed by the team in consultation with senior leadership to ensure alignment of enterprise product goals with overall organizational objectives while minimizing negative impacts on business operations, customer satisfaction levels, revenue targets, or other relevant factors.
  • Develop comprehensive go/no-go decision matrices for proposed features and initiatives based on thorough analysis of their potential benefits versus risks (e.g., technical feasibility assessments), resource availability evaluations, market trends insights, competitive landscape analyses, customer needs research findings, regulatory compliance requirements, risk management considerations as needed by cross-functional teams in consultation with senior leadership to ensure alignment of enterprise product goals with overall organizational objectives while minimizing negative impacts on business operations and revenue targets.
  • Develop comprehensive pricing strategies for the enterprise products based on thorough analysis of market trends, competitive landscape analyses, customer needs research findings as needed by cross-functional teams in consultation with senior leadership to ensure alignment of product offerings with overall organizational objectives while maximizing revenue potential and minimizing negative impacts on business operations.
  • Develop comprehensive sales channel optimization
