PlayStation Global - Technical Program Manager
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, production, or platform operations, ideally within games, tech, or interactive entertainment. • Strong grasp of the game development lifecycle and platform and services technology ecosystems. • Demonstrated success owning and driving large-scale, cross-functional programs with autonomy and impact. • Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills — able to present complex topics clearly to a variety of audiences. • High stakeholder management skills; able to influence without authority and maintain alignment across dispersed teams. • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and complexity; brings structure where needed without stifling creativity. • Familiarity with PlayStation platform tools, SDKs, APIs, and services. • Previous experience working in or closely with AAA game development studios. • Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations. • Proficiency with program management tools and best practises • Passion for video games and entertainment • Please note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks. • Please refer to our Candidate Privacy Notice for more information about what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your data protection rights. • Equal Opportunity Statement:
Responsibilities
• Lead key planning, execution, and communication efforts across complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clarity of goals, progress, and dependencies. • Develop crisp, tailored communications and presentation materials for multiple stakeholder levels, from studio teams to SIE senior leadership. • Identify and address gaps in planning, support, or execution across programs, proactively driving resolution and ensuring delivery against timelines. • Cross studio progress tracking for responsible initiatives with high visibility • Asset management of hardware that are allocated to studios • Program disclosure operation
