Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field • 5–7 years of experience in program or project management supporting enterprise technology implementations • 5+ years of experience in Release Management and UAT execution • 5+ years of experience using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools for test management and defect tracking • 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems testing including ERP, procurement, finance, or operations systems • 5+ years of technical writing experience including test plans, release documentation, and reporting • Proven experience working in complex, cross-functional environments • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • PMP or equivalent certification • Experience supporting full release lifecycles including SIT, UAT, go-live, and stabilization • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones • Experience in high-volume or complex release environments • Ability to identify risks and drive resolution without direct authority
Responsibilities
• In this role, you will lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release management activities for enterprise-scale technology initiatives. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, and Tax to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, validated, and ready for production deployment. • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • release management activities • You will translate business and technical requirements into actionable test strategies, execution plans, and release deliverables, ensuring alignment across teams and successful delivery. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $49.52-$52.88 USD hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range. • $49.52-$52.88 USD hourly
