Responsibilities
• Oversee engineering teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. • Develop strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency. • Manage project timelines and resource allocation for various initiatives. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers under their supervision. • Collaborate with other department heads to align engineering efforts with company goals. • Participate in regular, in-person retreats as part of team building activities. • Maintain a fully remote work environment for the US, CAN, and LATAM teams while ensuring effective communication and collaboration. • Implement flexible working hours to accommodate personal needs and peak productivity times. • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding unlimited PTO (Paid Time Off).
