Responsibilities
• Partner closely with the product team and stakeholders to break down, scope, and oversee the delivery of technical projects, ensuring well-built, scalable solutions for clinical staff, patients, and families. • Oversee the design and development of maintainable, scalable software systems that are thoroughly tested, documented, and monitored. • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through constructive feedback and teaching best practices. • Work with internal product and design teams to translate business needs into practical, high-impact technology solutions. • Supervise the creation and management of robust integrations between InStride and third-party systems. • Partner with support teams to diagnose and resolve production issues quickly, ensuring reliable service for patients and their families. • Act as a creative, agile leader who drives the team to push new features and code every iteration. • React/Typescript • AWS cloud infrastructure
