Requirements
• 7 years of experience in Project Management, Business, or Operations for CPG companies • Must have prior experience leading cross functional teams to deliver against project based objectives • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, across functional teams • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and analyze data utilizing use for long-term strategic decisions • Passionate about the environment, sustainability and Blueland’s mission • The salary for this role is $115,000-125,000 per year. • We prioritize our planet and our people. Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery of innovation, renovation, cost savings, IT Systems, and Company Mission based projects • Coordinate cross-functional communication and deliverables necessary to achieve project objectives via weekly meetings and relative project trackers • Actively track project progress, identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to mitigate delays and/or setbacks • Facilitate and present the project pipeline to executive leadership, providing updates on project status, overall performance, strategic alignment, and soliciting feedback to inform future planning and decision-making • Support the Stage Gate process for new product development and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. • Define clear criteria and deliverables at each stage of the project lifecycle to evaluate project feasibility, resource allocation, and potential risks • Facilitate cross-functional reviews and approvals at key stage gates, fostering collaboration and accountability among team members and stakeholders • Lead cross-functional training sessions to educate team members on new processes, tools, and best practices related to operations, project pipeline process, stage gate and change management
