Designed Conveyor Systems - Sr. Project Manager

• Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, and closeout. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment to scope, priorities, critical path, and resource allocation. • Lead the overall project execution strategy while leveraging DCS lifecycle management processes and procedures to ensure consistency with commitments and goals. • Provide leadership and direction to cross functional teams, creating clarity around responsibilities, accountability, communication, and project expectations. • Partner with internal teams to gather, define, and communicate project requirements across technical and non technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with leadership and cross functional partners to align resources against project demands and proactively address gaps or risks. • Manage day to day customer communication and expectations across large-scale automation and material handling projects. • Drive organizational transparency, accountability, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop strong relationships with internal teams and customers to foster collaboration and long term partnership. • Manage project budgets, cash flow, forecasting, and billing oversight. • Identify and resolve project and financial issues as they arise.
