Versaterm - Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5–7 years of experience managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS environment. • Specialist-level knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently across competing priorities and deadlines. • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resource plans for enterprise-scale implementations. • Background in public safety, government technology, or mission-critical enterprise software is strongly preferred. • PMP or equivalent project management certification required. • Ability to travel to client sites as required by project needs. • Note: Due to the nature of our work with public safety agencies, this position requires compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy. Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based background check. Please note that specific customer contracts may impose additional security verification requirements.
