• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, implementation management, technical program management, professional services, SaaS delivery, or complex business transformation programs. • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs across cross-functional teams • Strong project controls discipline: project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, dependency tracking, critical path management, and status reporting. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to owners, dates, and commitments • Proficiency with project management tools: ClickUp (preferred), Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com http://Monday.com, Jira, Notion, or equivalent • Willingness to travel to client sites and company events up to 30% of the time. • A major plus if you also bring: • Experience in enterprise SaaS implementation or professional services within the AEC industry. • Background in residential construction, construction project management, construction technology, architecture, purchasing, estimating, ERP integrations, or business transformation. • Experience building delivery artifacts, playbooks or implementation materials designed to scale across teams or customer programs. • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar certification. • WORKING AT HIGHARC • Higharc has been remote first since our founding in 2018.
