Mindgrub - Senior Project Manager (contract)
Requirements
• Remote; 9:00am - 5:00pm EST; 40 hrs / wk • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required • 7+ years of project management experience; Consulting and agency experience preferred • Experience working with enterprise level clients • Utility or highly regulated industry experience is required • Thirst for knowledge and always ready to learn more • PMP, CSM, Agile- related certification or equivalent is preferred • Experience working on web application and mobile application projects • Exceptional oral and written communication • Strong servant leadership style • Proficient in problem-solving and conceptual skills to recommend approaches and methods • Detail-oriented • Proficient knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies with the ambition to become certified in agile methodologies • Proficient in communicating internally, and externally as needed, translating dev speak to client speak and vice versa • Ability to lead well under pressure to deliver the highest quality deliverables • Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking during internal/client meetings • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills • Strong ability to oversee project teams and fully independently manage multiple projects • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Project Management tools, Azure Dev Ops (required), Jira and Confluence
Responsibilities
• Projects: • Methodology – Highly knowledgeable about Waterfall and Agile practices and is able to execute either (or a blend of the two), with success. Follows proven process and tasking to meet the needs and constraints of projects without compromising quality of output. Benefits
