Requirements
• Remote; 9:00am - 5:00pm EST • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required • 7+ years of project management experience; Consulting and agency experience preferred • Experience working with enterprise level clients • Utility or highly regulated industry experience is required • Thirst for knowledge and always ready to learn more • PMP, CSM, Agile- related certification or equivalent is preferred • Experience working on web application and mobile application projects • Exceptional oral and written communication • Strong servant leadership style • Proficient in problem-solving and conceptual skills to recommend approaches and methods • Detail-oriented • Proficient knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies with the ambition to become certified in agile methodologies • Proficient in communicating internally, and externally as needed, translating dev speak to client speak and vice versa • Ability to lead well under pressure to deliver the highest quality deliverables • Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking during internal/client meetings • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills • Strong ability to oversee project teams and fully independently manage multiple projects • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Project Management tools, Azure Dev Ops (required), Jira and Confluence
Responsibilities
• Projects: • Methodology – Highly knowledgeable about Waterfall and Agile practices and is able to execute either (or a blend of the two), with success. Follows proven process and tasking to meet the needs and constraints of projects without compromising quality of output. Flexible and nimble, contributes new ideas to process innovation and development when appropriate, embracing the use of AI. • Methodology • Awareness, Accountability, Authority – Exhibits a high degree of ownership with demonstrated success in managing numerous stakeholders and priorities concurrently. Provides exceptional leadership while working well under pressure to deliver the highest quality deliverables. Benefits
