Requirements

Responsibilities
• You will be the primary point of contact for Agoda's key supply partners, responsible for nurturing long-term relationships while identifying and acquiring new sources of supply and product offerings. • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key supply partners to enable Agoda's growth in the region. • Maintain regular, meaningful engagement with partners to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and mutual value creation. • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and propose tailored solutions that drive partner performance. • Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new opportunities to grow Agoda's business within your territory. • Train and inform partners on both new and existing Agoda technologies, tools, and commercial models. • Prepare compelling materials and proposals to support business growth during partner meetings and negotiations. • Respond to partner requests in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a high standard of service and follow-through. • Gain buy-in from relevant internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies and launch promotional campaigns that enhance productivity and competitiveness. • Leverage Agoda's product offerings to match market demands and maximize conversion of passive customers into active ones. • Deliver on country KPIs, growth targets, and strategic initiatives. • Support the Area Manager in preparing country-level reporting for senior stakeholders.
